Leeds-based Heavy Rock outlet BLACK MOTH have been announced as support for the upcoming UNCLE ACID AND THE DEADBEATS European Tour, after German startup THE OATH had to cancell their on the road duty last week.

Harriet Bevan (Vocals), Jim Swainston (Guitar), Nico Carew (Guitar), Dave Vachon (Bass) and Dom McCready (Drums) are currently preparing the release their second as of yet untitled album. The successor of their debut “The Killing Jar” was also produced by Nick Cave sticks man, Jim Sclavunos (NICK CAVE & THE BAD SEEDS, GRINDERMAN, THE CRAMPS) and recorded by legendary Leeds engineer Andy Hawkins, its shaping up to be a banger. This will be their first hometown show of the year and the band will be performing some new, never heard before material.

The good news was spread just two days ago via the official Facebook page of BLACK MOTH with the following statment: So friends, we can finally announce, those rumours are true! Moths will be hopping on board with UNCLE ACID AND THE DEADBEATS for their European tour across this month and April, plus 4 killer UK dates!! Needless to say we are superstoked and excited to be crossing the channel to rip up the mainland. SEE YOU THERE!! XXXXXX”
