Almost two years have passed since the first and up to now last Tour of Imperial State Electric rolled over Germany. With Swedish Sweetheart Nicke Andersson busy working as a producer for bands like ’77, time seems to be rare for foreign activities. After some rumors reached us at Psychorizon, anticipation arose and now finally the news are in: Imperial State Electric and Oslo’s Smoke Mohawk will embark on a tour through Germany and Switzerland in September. We are of course immensely excited about this and cannot wait to unleash the Rock.
To celebrate this impending venture, Lightning Records will release a split 7″ single, with both groups interpreting one Blue Öyster Cult song each. More info on that soon.
